Return And Refund Policy

 

1.) Though we take great care when transporting furniture, accidents may occur during transport. Should any damages occur (other than electronic equipment), please notify our office within 24 hours from when your move took place to be eligible for compensation from us.

 

2.) Claim filing against electronic appliances such as televisions and refrigerators requires us to conduct an initial site inspection; TVs damaged during storage must be stored in an approved box, while everyday wear-and-tear damages can incur costs; filing for reimbursement up to $150 depending on their severity may provide relief; our firm only accepts requests that fall within our standards of acceptable conduct - therefore purchasing an expensive refrigerator to cover wall scratches or demanding $4000 compensation will not fall under our standards of acceptable conduct and therefore be declined by us.

 

3.) Changes to reservations require at least three days' advance notice in order to avoid early cancellation fees of up to an hour and accommodate cancellations that occur within three calendar days, taking their needs and requirements into consideration when accommodating new reservations that might impact them.

 

4.) Online bookings incur an extra $50 charge which will be deducted from your bill upon delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued; however modifications can be made without incurring additional costs; future changes may incur fees.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Under the no-toll highway policy, payments must be made prior to leaving goods for collection. Cash and bank transfer are accepted; while credit/debit card/Diners' Club transactions incur an additional two percent plus GST taxes of 10% and 1% respectively.
